[공지] [일대원] 2026학년도 제2학기 논문계획서 발표 신청 안내

안녕하세요, 영어교육과 사무실입니다.
2026학년도 2학기 일반대학원 논문계획서 발표 일정을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

양식을 준수해주시기 바랍니다.
 
*논문계획서 발표 조건석사는 3학기 직전부터박사는 종합시험&논문자격시험 통과  미취득 학점이 9학점 이내일 경우

 1. 논문계획서 발표 신청
 신청기한~ 2026. 7. 27.(월) 오후 3(*기한 절대 엄수)
 - 신청방법: 학과 사무실 메일(e600031@ewha.ac.kr)로 학번, 이름, 연락처, 연구 주제(논문 제목), 과정(석사/박사/통합)을 메일 본문에 기재하여 제출(※메일제목: [영교_일대원] 논문계획서 발표 신청)
 
 2. 논문계획서 제출
 제출기한~ 2026. 8. 12.(수오후 3(*기한 절대 엄수)
 제출방법:   

 (1)석사과정생: 첨부된 논문작성계획서를 5페이지 이내로 한국어(선택:영어)로 작성하여 출력물 6부를 학과사무실에 방문 및 우편 제출, PDF 파일은 학과사무실 메일(e600031@ewha.ac.kr)로 제출(2가지 모두 제출)

 (2)박사과정생: 첨부된 논문작성계획서를 20페이지 이내(Pilot Study 포함)로 지도교수님 지도하에 영어로 작성하여, 지도교수님과 상의 후 심사위원 교수님께 직접 제출, 계획서에 지도교수 도장 혹은 서명 날인 필수, 과사에도 출력물 1부 제출

  1. 1. 서론: 연구 필요성, 연구 목적 포함 (1페이지 이내)
  2. 2. 이론적 배경: 핵심 배경이론, 선행연구 검토 등 (1페이지 정도)
  3. 3. 연구 방법: 대상, 자료, 절차(자료 수집), 자료 분석 등을 구체적으로 작성 (2-2.5페이지 정도)
  4. 4. 결과: 예상되는 결과 (0.5-1페이지 정도)
  5. 5. 참고문헌: 논문의 기초가 되는 핵심 문헌, 국내외 학술지, 저서, 국내외 학위 논문 포함
     (APA Style 준수, 영어교육학회 학술지 양식 준수, 일반대학원 석사 논문 참고문헌 양식 참조)

 - 장소: 추후 안내

 - [참고사항] 연구의 필요성과 목적, 연구질문 및 방법 위주로 발표준비, PPT 간단하게 준비

*석사 과정 발표자에게 배당되는 시간은 총 15분이며, 발표시간 7분/ 피드백 8분으로 진행됨

*박사 과정 발표자에게 배당되는 시간은 총 30분임


 5. 논문계획서 발표 참관 신청
 - 일반대학원 학생들은 자유롭게 참관이 가능합니다.
 - 신청기한: ~ 2026. 8. 17.(월)
 - 신청방법: 학과 사무실 메일(e600031@ewha.ac.kr)로 신청
 - 메일제목: [영교_일대원] 논문계획서 발표회 참관 신청
 - 메일내용: 학번, 이름, 연락처, 과정(석사/통합/박사) 기재하여 발송

Please find below the schedule for the Thesis Proposal Presentation for the Fall 2026 semester of the Graduate School.

Please ensure that your thesis proposal complies with the prescribed format.


*Eligibility for the Thesis Proposal Presentation

  • -Master's students: Eligible beginning in the semester prior to their third semester.
  • -Doctoral students: Eligible after passing both the Comprehensive Examination and the Dissertation Qualification Examination, provided that they have no more than 9 credits remaining to complete.



1. Application for the Thesis Proposal Presentation

  • - Application Deadline: By 3:00 PM, Monday, July 27, 2026 (*Strict deadline; late submissions will not be accepted.)
  • - Application Method: Send an email to the department office (e600031@ewha.ac.kr) with your student ID number, name, contact information, research topic (thesis title), and degree program (Master's/Doctoral/Integrated) included in the body of the email.

2. Submission of the Thesis Proposal

  • -Submission Deadline: By 3:00 PM, Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (Strict deadline; late submissions will not be accepted.)
  • -Submission Method:

    (1) Master's Students: Prepare the attached Thesis Proposal in Korean (English optional)within 5 pages. Submit six (6) printed copies to the department office either in person or by mail, and submit one PDF file by email to the department office (e600031@ewha.ac.kr). (Both the printed copies and the PDF file must be submitted.)


  • (2) Doctoral Students: Prepare the attached Thesis Proposal in English, within 20 pages (including a Pilot Study), under the supervision of your academic advisor. After consulting with your advisor, submit the proposal directly to the members of your examination committee. The proposal must bear your advisor's signature or official seal, and one (1) printed copy must also be submitted to the department office.



  • 3. Guidelines for Preparing the Thesis Proposal

    The recommended page lengths in parentheses are for Master's students. Doctoral students should prepare their proposals in consultation with their academic advisor.

    1. 1. Introduction: Include the research background/necessity and the purpose of the study. (Within 1 page)
    2. 2. Literature Review: Include the theoretical framework, key background theories, and a review of previous studies. (Approximately 1 page)
    3. 3. Research Method: Describe the participants, materials, procedures (data collection), and data analysis in detail. (Approximately 2–2.5 pages)
    4. 4. Expected Results: Present the anticipated findings. (Approximately 0.5–1 page)
    5. 5. References: Include key references that form the foundation of the study, including domestic and international journal articles, books, and master's theses and doctoral dissertations.
      (Follow APA Style, the formatting guidelines of the Korea Association of Teachers of English (KATE) journal, and the reference style used in master's theses of the Graduate School.)



4. Thesis Proposal Presentation Schedule

  • -Presentation Date: 1:00 PM, Wednesday, August 19, 2026
  • -Venue: To be announced.
  • -[Presentation Guidelines] Please prepare your presentation with a focus on the research background and purpose, research questions, and research methods. A simple PowerPoint presentation is sufficient.

*The total time allotted for each Master's student is 15 minutes, consisting of a 7-minute presentation followed by 8 minutes of feedback.

*The total time allotted for each Doctoral student is 30 minutes.



5. Application to Attend the Thesis Proposal Presentations

  • Graduate School students are welcome to attend the thesis proposal presentations.
  • -Application Deadline: By Monday, August 17, 2026
  • -Application Method: Apply by email to the department office (e600031@ewha.ac.kr).
  • -Email Subject: [English Education_Graduate] Application to Attend the Thesis Proposal Presentation
  • -Email Body: Please include your student ID number, name, contact information, and degree program (Master's / Integrated Master's–Doctoral / Doctoral).
